How much will it cost?
The time taken to perform a Home Energy Survey will vary due to the size and style of the property.
As an indication;
- A three bedroom house
- 1 hour to carry out the survey
- Verbal "common sense" advice, hints and tips
- An on-line report for you to view (and act upon!)
- "Sign posting" via Email
the total cost to you would be £50 (No VAT).
Larger homes, and premises would be priced individually based on predicted time and complexity.
These include places of worship, offices, leased blocks, etc.
In all cases, a reduction in energy consumption will guarantee that this charge can be recouped
sooner rather then later.
eco-JaM also offer the additional service of Project Managing any work undertaken by a third party.
This would be quoted on a per case basis and agreed prior to any work being carried out.
